LOOKING FORWARD TO LOOKING BACK

As is my wont (which is what I do when I will) I have responded to the side view theme Really Awfully:

Don’t look back, is what they say

Or you come a cropper may;

What’s ahead what’s what you watch

Or your trip with trip you’ll botch –

What’s ahead builds memories

For you to look back on these!

 

Hmmmmmmmmm…

 

But, if you shouldn’t reminisce,

Then something here would seem amiss –

When looking back is out of joint,

In looking forward, what’s the point?
