What shall be my wobble-you?
Whither shall I take it?
WATER pleasure, you agree,
With it done thus, liquidly,
Whether river, lake, or sea,
Whyfore would it trouble you
When as such I make it?
Winsome though a girl may seem,
Wooing lass, you lose some;
Would much rather elsewhere be
Where fish lurk invitingly
Which is better catch for me!
Wandering by sparkling stream;
Worms or flies: you choose some.
Worthwhile, also, briny deep:
Waves so tantalising;
Warmed by sun, then coolingly
Washed in surf, so bubblingly,
Wonderfully calmed and free -
Wish I can such lifestyle keep
Without fantasising!

Wonderful, as always, Col!! You are a great poem writer
Thank you! Not so much poem as mere doggerel!
Excellent wobble-you!
Love the pics too.
Stunning as usual Col and just like you I wish that too. hehehehe
*big hugs*
Great stuff, Col. Love those last two lines. I wish that, too…
Unfortunately, another W – winter – makes it rather less pleasant!
