MUCH NOISE; LITTLE SENSE!

The polyphloisboian current theme

Of side view means, so it would seem,

One loudish sound, or maybe more,

That make a nasty kind of roar;

Well, thunder does the job quite well,

But so do waves, as one can tell;

Wave-crunching is a total pest –

When each tries to outdo the rest,

It is not easy to ignore…

Just like a too-loud, crashing bore!

Another purpose there could be

For this strange word of mystery –

When parrots suffer feather-loss,

You gather them to use as floss –

While Polly floss bein’s the word

For using them still on the bird,

But when you feather through the gaps,

The bird might bite your nose, perhaps?

No, safer, I would say, by far,

When bird and feathers separate are!
