The side view word dished out to me, ‘Preposterous’,
Is really that, in ultimate extreme!
All rhymes for that, you will agree, be lost fer us –
There is no rhyme for it, as it would seem;
another day has thought, here, to see cost fer us,
In putting forth a word that will not rhyme,
And that is why the word must now be tossed ter us,
To give me quite a miserable time!
It’s ‘utterly absurd’, like a rhinosterous,
And ‘contrary to nature’ also means;
While ‘reason’, ‘common sense’, are also crossed per this:
Ridiculous direction that it leans!
The word so fits how ANC be prosperous,
With hot air and with money-grabbing schemes;
And rhetoric so empty we see glossed ter us –
Preposterous, and just the stuff of dreams!

I do like ‘rhinosterous. ” Puts me in mind of Dr Doolittle.

I think that was the best of the rhymes I found for that preposterous word!
