Shoppers in a busy mall –
Interesting, one and all,
How so many that you see
All seem steeped in misery.

 Downturned lips and constant frown.
Slouching shoulders, looking down;
Figures trim, and features fair,
Do not hide that look of care.

 Contrast one with face that’s plain;
Rather plump, but then again
This one shows an inner drive –
Vital; pleased to be alive.

 One would so much rather be
In the latter’s company –
Humour, kindness, shining through
Show a loveliness that’s true.

 In expressions when at rest
Characters are seen the best;
Faces scowling in repose
Never handsome looks disclose.

 Practise wearing, all the while,
Eager look and half a smile –
What you on expression start
Filters through into your heart.

 If this consciously you do
Vibrant humour will come through,
People who have thought you plain,
Quite amazed, will think again.

 From what on your face is shown
Your true beauty may be known,
And this gift comes from above:
Love of life means life of love.

One finite, in the miggle of the day,
One mite see a hare display,
W-hare it wood create ecstatics
Watching hares do  hare-obatics.

F’rev-hare these are mem-hare-hare-bil –
See each hare-ee-type  d-hare  d-hare-vil
B-hare-ly  miss a  hare-vy  fall
As they loop the loop and all.

Hare-ven-ward  they leap so high,
Some-hare-saulting  in the sky;
Hare-tling  down to land with thump
On each  hare-ee  little rump!

Good that  th-hare  you stop and  st-hare –
Spect-hare-kill  so fine and  f-hare –
Nev-hare-more such sight to see:
Hare-pennings  in fall that’s free!
