My competition set on 25th February is still rather under-subscribed, so I thought I’d give a ‘last call’ before closing the pub … er, I mean, entries.
Those who have not yet ventured to label my picture of young J and Gemma, please do so now by commenting here.
Meanwhile, I thought I’d treat you to the portrait below of Nigel doing his justly celebrated ‘Roadkill’ impersonation. I missed it at its best, when back legs were flipped right over. Be not misled: he has met with no mishap and all parts of him are in perfect working order.
Oops – vicious thunderstorm and the dogs have begged to join me in the study. I’d better post this and shut down computers fast, before they get fried.

Nigel looks very comfortable there. 😀 Hope your computers don’t get fried, that’s the last thing you need after all the trouble you’ve had with them lately. 🙂

At least the laptops are quick and easy to isolate!

Lucky for them they don’t see themselves! LOL

If they could, they’d probably regard the result as being rather elegant!

Glad to see there are other dogs too that throw the pornographic pose!

I’m sorry I missed the extreme version of back and front paws pointing in exactly opposite directions!

It’s springtime over here UpOver, and a lot of just-born lambs are looking a bit like Nigel, only less sludgey-coloured, obviously.

I have seen Nigel-coloured lambs. They grow up to be the black sheep of the family.

No black baa-lambs here this year yet. Give them time.

I thought I’d entered the caption competition but I was mistaken…
Looks like he’s trying to do a yoga pose, the upward facing dog is the first thing that comes to mind 😉

Oh dear, maybe yours was on another post and I missed it.
He’s invented a new one – the opposite facing dog!

I looks scruffy enough 😉
Usually those scruffy ones are the best dogs ever! Although, my scruffy dog, yes well. My toes have met with rather more walls since she’s been a part of this household!! But she sleeps in my room in front of the bed, or on top if I’m not looking, always greets me in the afternoon, and barks at the moon…

He and his sister Gemma (we assume, as they were found together) are very sweet dogs.
Ours howl in unison at police sirens!
