Is it a Ratel?
My American dude owes his life to thise things – apparently it’s the best troop carrier in the world. The safest in the case of an IED road explosion. We South Africans we great once upon a time…

Similar, but I don’t think it is an actual Ratel which, if I remember rightly, has the pairs of wheels at the back closer to one another, and more of a V-shape on the body to deflect land mine explosions.
