Neat effect. Looks like a painting. 🙂
It certainly is fun trying to give a different effect!
I see you’ve been having fun, Col. 🙂 Lovely effects. 🙂
It certainly effects a change to it!
Love what you did with it. 😀
Beautiful flowers ~ and a pleasing composition.
They are gorgeous.
Thanks! I took a large number to choose from.
Very interesting I love the image 🙂
Glad you enjoy the effect! I have a lot to learn, though.
I adored the original picture at the outset, so initially I was shocked by the edit. Then I looked at it again, and again, and realised it looks like one of Jock’s embroideries, Bravo.
Thank you – glad you took the time to study it. I was aiming for an embroidered/coarse poster effect, so I’m happy you recognised it as such.
Those are beautiful flowers! And I love the editing as well
Thanks – it is fun to try and give a different dimension.
What a great shot Col and I just love the edit. Well done and thanks for taking part and for sharing. Much appreciated. 😀
I have a long way to go with this editing lark, but I think I am making some progress.
Reblogged this on Sonel's Corner Photo-Editing Challenge.
Thanks! I’m sure lots of people will prefer the original, but …
it looks like a lovely painting.
Good photo editing is definitely a form of art – I am still just learning basics.
I’m duly impressed as, having played around with it a bit, I’m overwhelmed with it all.
As wtih almost everything, it becomes less daunting if taken a nibble at a time.
Very pretty 🙂
Their blooms are certainly striking!
Very good and so well done
Thanks – a lot of effort went into distorting it! 🙂
The result looks like those picture prints on old calendars.
That was more or less what I was aiming at – thanks!
