Taken from the days of pre-history and legend, there was a theory that Colonialist had run a Caption Competition based on the above piggy portrait.
Documents from a dig in Durban have now been unearthed which confirm this as a fact, and skilled historians have even found it possible to resurrect the votes and arrive at the top three according to them.
In case these valiant people are still alive, their names and efforts are noted here, together with the badge to which the winner becomes entitled

I think what has confused you is that there was a caption page and then a voting page and then a voting reminder page – I stretched the whole thing out far too long!

That would explain it then. I didn’t find the reminder page. Well I didn’t find any of them originally 😀 I probably wouldn’t have gone for the winning ones, but there again, I never do follow popular opinion 😀 so I doubt my vote would have swayed anything!
