  2. Ah, a warm Christmas! What a glorious thing that must be! Lovely to see the family around the table; and that you have come through this difficult year with a beautiful new home and a family as tight-knit as ever. I am raising a glass to absent friends and family, Col, and to you and your wife, across there on the other side of the world. A happy new year to you all, and may this one be full of the small joys that make life worth living.

  4. You must have worked very hard to get it all ready in time. I’m glad you can still see the sea.

  7. Sounds as though it’s all going to plan, and at least your kitchen was ready for the cooking of Christmas lunch, which must have pleased you no end. 🙂 Happy New Year to you all.

Looking pretty good though, and you’re blessed to have family around.
