Rising to the occasion – Early Bird Photo Challenge.

Early Bird
I missed the early birds today for the Early Bird photo challenge – they cleaned out the feeder before I was awake!

This will have to substitute:

You know that the sun here is rising
You can see it is over the sea,
From east-coast shot getting
it would be up-setting,
And I’d be surmising,
a good deal surprising,
If over the land it should be.

The waves have the vivid boldness of an oil painting. Great capture, it matches the lilting melody to the poetry perfectly.

I love that sunrise! I live in the wrong place to see the sun rise but from April to September, weather permitting, I enjoy great sunsets!
