To Point Yacht Club for Fathers’ Day
And saw some tugboats there at play;
For Sunday, I’d say that’s their way
Of indicating, ‘Let us spray!’
And, turning this all topsy-turvy,
Those sprays are really very Curve -y! …
Though photo challenge now observe -y,
Another curve-ball, yet, I’ll serve -y!
…
(but not tonight, Josephine)
Love that harbour

The yacht clubs we frequent a short way from where this was taken have similar views – and you are right, one doesn’t tire of them.

Sounds refreshing and beautiful at the same time.
Light as air, ‘tho summer air is heavy with humidity in summer…

We do know all about summer humidity in Durban! If the lungs had a good filtration system one wouldn’t need to drink.

Not at all awful. Though one of Jock’s patients thought so, when he said to her “let us spray” He always used to try to make patients laugh, to relax them before getting out the drill or the forceps. But it didn’t work with that holy patient: “That’s blasphemy Doctor B” said in a tone of high disapproval.

Delightful sentences – and the image is a slice of where I wish I was right now – near that spray

An unusually hot winter day had me wishing I could get closer to them, too! It was swimming weather – but we know, as you say in your most recent post, that a storm is on its way!
