Wordle 258 in order, rhyming.

With high tide ends the spell on beach,
Pause; smell sea air at branch of track;
First, call a vote for trip to reach
Beach-bag we see as we look back;
I lose the spin, but there to teach
In losing there may not come lack,
I see dissolve, but give pose each,
Rare buck, into dune forest black.

Black dune forest

(The recollection was clear in my mind from these words, but persuading them in that order to give some semblance of it – and with a constant rhyme scheme – was a bit of a challenge.)

    Sometimes losing can be a real win. I have come to really like the wordles as they suggest ways of seeing and saying, I might not have considered before. Plus they increase vocabulary,

    I like the way you do these Wordles, Col – you do make them more challenging, but that puts a more interesting slant on things.
