Responses to this week’s Photo Challenge are all going to be on a Tiny scale.
Firstly, here is some romance … well, sex, actually … in small measure. The millipede takes her firmly in his arms … well, lots and lots of legs, actually … before getting to the bottom of things. Every human’s dream: they spend hours and hours actively at it and she supports him completely. It would seem, though, that he drove her up the wall before she submitted to his advances.
Then, at the risk of becoming boringly repetitive, I can’t resist showing a little garden again:
And the proof of how little it actually is. As those who will have viewed that previous post will know, we made and planted it for an exhibition earlier this year. Even the flowers in the vase are real.

They’re enttled to a little bit of what they fancy! 😈

They do tend to do quite a lot of it, though, so they must REALLY fancy it!

I’ve never been a fan of millipedes, Col, but I’m impressed by the tiny garden.

Millipedes are underrated. They are restful to watch — the kittens agree — and are cutely tickly when you let them rev their legs up on your hand.

EEEEEEEEK!!!! They may be restful to watch, Col, but that is as close as I’d like to get to them!

Thank goodness they weren’t “at it” in the pictured garden-would have been like a scene from King Kong crossed with Jurassic Park and Anaconda!

🙂 Lost opportunity, indeed — although, if moved, millipedes uncouple and scuttle!

Love that little garden. The sex I’ll leave to the millipede.

Birds do it; all do it;
Even millipedes on the wall do it …

I didn’t think I was going to wake up today and peek at millipede coitus… Who says we don’t live in surprising times!

Maybe, both with elections and erections, ‘shocking’ is the word you want?

Sadly, with our leaders being so publicly involved in both, neither comes as a shock anymore…
