Sticky Plath-tour for Cuts

Here, I am using Wordle 349 to meet the challenge of GloPoWriMo Day 29 where I have chosen ‘Ariel’ as the Sylvia Plath poem on which to base my scheme. I have also taken ‘Dirge for a Joker’ to inform it.  The latter also incorporates ‘kiss’ and ‘laugh’ and is quite merry, for Plath!

Life’s Merry-Go-Round.

Kiss; a scream
Of mirth
From a sticky spill.

Lift wayward curl,
And laugh
As we spin.

Plant kiss —
Will it hit or pass
Off-screen

To miss?

Oh it is too merry for Plath. I feel sorry for her. Her poetry is so dark. This one’s my kind of poetry.

God knows how much I despise the poetry of Sylvia Plath.
