Anniversary Waltz with Music

The words I posted on the anniversary of when Much Better Half and I met are far better as a tale of romance when accompanied by the music. As I mentioned, that had been lost in the move, and so I had to re-write it. This I have done, and I have now slightly revised the words and put the whole thing on the following YouTube:

Even with the music, I suppose it is a bit boring as romances go: no splitting-up or tragic partings or irreconcilable arguments or torrid affairs or whatever to spice it up …
Still, we like it that way.

You were very much around, just then! And had, in fact, been so for many years — sometimes as an encumbrance when your brothers and I wanted to go out adventuring rather than childminding!

    . . . we too are fans of boring, long-lasting, uneventful romance . . .
