Affording the Ticket for a Moving Picture

On Sunday I a scooter saw
By battery activated
This scooter was discounted, for
For demos it had there waited;
Though it was still a hefty cost
My guilt at buying it was lost
With earnings into kitty tossed
Film editing created.

For foreign movie scripts have been
A new feature of my edits
Such source of income I’ve not seen
Before among my credits;
But soon I coped with story-board,
And film script also, thank the lord,
So, I the scooter could afford —
Not placed me in the red, it’s!

    Some elbow pads and a skateboard helmet would not go amiss. Talking from experience.
