Broken Radio Transmitter

Site and sight of daily visits; but not so far today!

It is my daily fate
For radio a date:
Was phoned to say.
‘It’s bust today,
So hurry up and wait.’

My fury won’t abate,
There I was at the gate,
But locked again
And can’t complain,
But hurry up and wait.

Oh, isn’t it just great.
This trend I cannot bate;
Last week I tell,
Took place as well —
I hurried up to wait.

I never get there late,
But they should me sedate;
I sit there for
An hour or more,
And hurry up and wait.

Machine should go in crate,
And new one relocate,
So I, indeed,
Don’t have the need
To hurry up and wait.

P.S.

At six, before we ate,
Phone: ‘Come on down here, mate!’
I made all speed,
But had no need:
‘Twas hurry up and wait!

So it was after eight,
Or close, at any rate,
When I was done
With treatment fun,
So no more cause to wait.

    This truly is insult to injury, my friend! I would be irate as well, and not as clever in telling my tale! 🙂

    Is this the only hospital available for your treatment? It really seems they are letting you and other patients down.
