This iceberg has just washed up on Durban Beach. Well, if you can believe it is a natural iceberg, surely washing up on our beach is credible? Actually, it IS a natural iceberg, but it only feels as if it has washed up on the beach.
Our curries are as cold as ice,
And as for chilis, my advice:
They live up to their name now,
Warm welcomes you no longer get,
For it is now too cold and wet,
So wherein lies the blame, now?
Are we cold-shouldered by the world
For all the stupid insults hurled,
With politics the game, now?
No! Global warming is untrue
I readily can prove to you,
This chance I will be seizing:
Some icebergs floating off our coast
So that each onshore wind can boast
Some really chilly breezing?
The sun is labouring in vain;
No temperature rise we gain;
It must be global freezing!
This is hard to fathom! Fascinating!

SO weird – and they say no straight lines in nature …Ok so there’s a little dip here and there – but still weird, wonderful…and Halloween chilling thrilling

Weird indeed. I thought it was a hoax, at first. I mean, the sheer scale of it . . .
