SHOPS, FIELDS, AND KITTIES

We have been dashing around, predictably, and there hasn’t been much time to get near a computer. Anyway, this will show that we are genuinely in Ingerlund, being the view from our bedroom (which room we have swiped from grandson for the duration).   The Nissan Terrano visible to the extreme left is the vehicle I will be driving while over here. It should be interesting – my first diesel, and also my first 4X4.

In the past two days we have been doing the various department stores, markets and carroty chops … um, that is to say, charity shops.   Much Better Half bought me the little statue of me in one, and I got a jolly good pair of pants in my size for £4 in another.

Now, as for the kittens. I miscounted – there are eight. Also, they are not Siamese, but Tonkinese. I saw last night that all of them plus mommy plus an ‘aunty’ were together in a lump, so I dashed for the camera. Of course, the lump had disintegrated by the time I returned, and kitties had scattered to the winds.   I’m sure they do it to annoy.  Still, when all of them are sold and collected, the house is going to seem awfully empty.

I finished my last antibiosope this morning, so have every intention of getting happily tiddly once the sun is decently over the yardarm. I can’t wait!

How lovely! I thought that meerkat was real for a moment.
