Alley shoot: a siren sound;
Style: Detective, where clues abound;
Lights give insight, live cameras shift —
From tracks, to roadblocks, to permit, lift.
(Of course I took this slant after the film script editing exercise I have just completed!)

That must have been an interesting class. Is editing an area you want to pursue?

Freelance editing (mainly fantasy novels) is something I have been doing for some years.

Hello Colonialist. I just responded to your comment on my site and I even agree with it. I kinda like your take here. My biggest issue with the wordle was the word alley. Growing up, I lived in an area where there were alleys on every block. However, they were gravel and open, often with grass and even gardens bordering them. But alleys have come to mean exactly what you project here and I believe that’s because of the film industry. At least, that is what I would like to believe. However, I do really like what you did with the wordle words. It’s different and even quirky and I happen to like both of those things.

It’s so brief but it says it all

Thanks; I always aim for brevity, rhyme and comprehension in these things but don’t always bring it off.
