THE DAILY POST Photo Challenge: Contrasts: Fair and Dark.

At dusk, you’re coming to the Fair;
Can be reached by way of stairway;
Bluff, in background, you see there,
To one side, you find a fairway,
Though at golf too dark for fair play –
Better fare if at the fair stay!

    A beautiful photo full of contrasts. I always think an empty fair is a time of contemplation – either of excitement to come or of an evening well spent. Personally I love the former πŸ™‚

  7. I love the cloud in the background.

    “Fair stood the wind for France” in its darkest hour.
    The fair blonde was in a dark mood.
